The European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress brought together respiratory health professionals, researchers and patient representatives to share research and discuss ways to improve lung health. The 2026 congress took place in Barcelona under the theme “United for better breathing: partnership between patients, clinicians and researchers.”

Researchers from MULTIPULM partner Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) attended the congress. Their participation offered an opportunity to connect with the international respiratory health community on topics relevant to MULTIPULM’s work: integrated care for people living with chronic respiratory diseases and multimorbidity.
