On 21 October 2026, MULTIPULM participated in an online webinar organised by its synergy partner, the Horizon Europe-funded AI4LUNGS project. The event provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and showcase digital health innovations aimed at improving respiratory care and supporting people living with chronic conditions.
Three MULTIPULM representatives contributed to the event:
Christopher Aguilar (Future Needs) introduced MULTIPULM, highlighting its mission to improve integrated care for people living with chronic respiratory diseases and multiple long-term conditions in Brazil, Serbia and Türkiye. Future Needs leads the project's communication, dissemination and exploitation activities, supporting stakeholder engagement, knowledge sharing and the wider adoption of MULTIPULM's solutions.
Andreas Raptopoulos (WELLICS) presented the Wellics and WellBeing applications, highlighting how digital wellbeing tools can support healthier daily habits, lifestyle monitoring and personalised care for people managing complex chronic conditions.
Sofia Balula Dias (Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, FMH) introduced the Breathing Serious Games tool, an interactive, game-based approach designed to support patients and informal carers in managing respiratory health alongside other chronic conditions.
The webinar strengthened connections between MULTIPULM and AI4LUNGS, two Horizon Europe projects exploring how digital technologies can contribute to more accessible, effective and patient-centred respiratory healthcare.
