Closed event, not open to the public On 23rd April, a webinar between sister projects from the same Horizon Europe topic called “Implementation research for the management of multiple long-term conditions in the context of non-communicable diseases” (Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases – GACD) will be held. Organised by SHINE 2Europe and Future Needs, the event will include remarks from the MULTIPULM Project Officer. The webinar will be closed, allowing these projects to meet each other and plan next steps for synergies. MULTIPULM, EMPOWER, HIVE, M-CARE, and PEN-CONNECT will each be presented by their respective project coordinators or managers.
