Role in the project: 


UNI SYSTEMS SMSA (UNIGR) serves as the project coordinator. It leads two key work packages:


As the leader of WP1, UNIGR is responsible for the overall project management, handling the administrative, financial, quality, and risk management aspects.


As the leader of WP3, UNIGR drives the technical execution. It oversees the system's technical design (Task 3.1) and is responsible for the final integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and penetration testing of the project's technology-based tools (Task 3.6).
